Miss Ormoc 2019 Aura Shaznay Tumulak makes it to Miss World Philippines 2019

Congratulations to our very own Miss Ormoc 2019 Aura Shaznay Tumulak (center) for being one of the finalists of this year's edition of Miss World Philippines 2019. 37 ladies made it to the final screening and another 3 more ladies from Continental Miss Philippines America will complete the official 40 candidates for this edition. The winners will represent the Philippines in Miss World to be held in London, Miss Eco International in Egypt, Miss Multinational in India and Reina Hispanoamericana in South America. BREAKING: Duterte lifts suspension of lotto operations effective immediately

President Duterte lifted the suspension of operations of the Lotto game, according to MalacaƱang Palace.  "Franchise holders and operators of lotto outlets may now resume with their operations. The lifting of the suspension of lotto operations takes effect immediately," Panelo said (presidential spokesperson) While other gaming and gambling operations managed by PCSO with franchises, licenses/or permits like Small-Town Lottery (STL), Keno, and Peryahan ng Bayan (PNB), “shall remain suspended pending the investigation of illegal activities and corrupt practices related thereto until the Office of the President evaluates the results of said probe.” Panelo said.  In Ormoc City,  Ormoc City Police Office complied to the mandate of the President to close down all  franchised PCSO gaming/gambling Lotto outlets in Ormoc City  with 41 Lotto outlets and 37 STL outlets and other small gaming operations. - AdminWowie

ALA Boxing Pinoy Pride 46 in Ormoc City

The ALA Boxing Promotions and the ABSCBN Sports+Action presents the Pinoy Pride 46. Pasaka Festival of Tanauan, Leyte is this year's Pintados-Kasadyaan Festival of Festivals 2019 Grand Champion

Pasaka Festival contingent announced as the Grand Champion and defending the title in this years Kasadyaan Festival 2019, held recently in Tacloban City.
