Schedule: National Arts Month in Ormoc City

For two consecutive years, LGU-Ormoc has been organizing activities to highlight the artistry of Ormocanons during National Arts Month which was signed under the Presidential Proclamation 683, back in 1991.

This year’s theme is Ani ng Sining: Philippine Arts Festival 2019

With over 9 thousand athletes from across the region, the energy and excitement are palpable. EVRAA 2024: Opening Ceremony

Get ready for the sporting extravaganza of EVRAA 2024, where talented youth from across the region showcase their skills! Manila-based personalities like Andrew E., Alex Gonzaga, P-Pop Bgyo, Julie Ann San Jose, and others will grace the event alongside media and sports icons like Mike Bustos, Gretchen Ho, and Bisaya YouTube sensation Chito Samontina. Thirteen divisions will compete for the gold and the chance to represent Eastern Visayas in the PALARONG Pambansa in Cebu City. Ormoc City Siglaro Elites, last year's top division with 178 golds, is poised for another impressive performance. Ormoc City is hosting a well-prepared EVRAA, featuring a grand opening ceremony at the Ormoc City Sports Complex and the inauguration of a new Athletes Dormitory. Stay tuned for exciting updates!"
